Client work

Some of the organizations we have worked with, and what we did for them.

Mad River Mentoring

Website and custom software

madrivermentoring.com

We moved the website off Squarespace to a custom build, which cut the yearly hosting cost to a small fraction of what it was.

We also built MentorDb, a web app for the program staff. It handles mentor and youth applications, matches, session logs and grant reports. Staff and mentors sign in to it from the main site.

vtambucs.org

A new website for the Vermont chapter of AMBUCS, which gives adaptive tricycles to people with disabilities. It has a content editor, so volunteers can post news and events without us.

Neck of the Woods

Network, cameras and access control during a renovation

Neck of the Woods was renovating their building, so we planned the technology alongside the remodel. We ran the cabling while the walls were open, and we prewired spaces for equipment they may want to add later.

The result is one system for WiFi, cameras, badge access and phones, with coverage inside, outdoors and at the warehouse. Staff manage it from one place, and the footage stays on site with no monthly subscription.

JCOGS

Network, phones and AV

The network and phone system for the building, and a sound system with a hybrid Zoom setup for services and events.

We also wrote a set of staff guides, so the team can run the phones and the room setup day to day.

Sugarbush Real Estate

Paper archive and data migration

The office kept its closed sales on paper, with files going back to 1967, plus more records in Google Drive folders. We ran the archive process for the paper files, which took away the need to keep a very large amount of paper.

We then read the documents and turned them into one clean list of 1,725 buyer and seller contacts, ready to import into their CRM.
